Look #1

Very relaxed and casual for fall, with the gold belt giving the overall pieces the pop of color they need, as well as, matching the gold mental on the back of the boot. These soft colors exude fall, and deny the harsh hues that are associated traditionally with fall and winter. Classic Breton stripes are easy to wear for everyone and were featured this season at Saint Laurent, Isabel Marant, and Sonia Rykiel. Keep in mind that boyfriend jeans can be substituted for any other style on the lighter wash end of the spectrum, seeing as some people do not like that particular style on themselves.

Look #2

Velvet has been the ‘it’ fabric for both the  fall and winter seasons in 2015. This outfits displays many ongoing trends like the dress pattern and colors giving off a somewhat muted version of the folky vibe in continuation of summer’s hippie trends. Also, the soft lines in the dress support the structure of the turtleneck without making it too harsh. Structured boho that can be dressed up or down.

Look #3

Another continuation of the 70s trend, especially through the jewelry. Hats are always a great statement piece, especially if you have second-day hair, or are having a bad hair day. This outfit looks classy without having to be to dressed up. The cropped sweater, collared denim, and tweed shorts are structured and wintry, without being too heavy. The denim shirt provided some bright color, whereas the hat provides a more traditional, sultrier red.

Look #4

The verdict is in, and punk is back-when done right. This punk, or rocker look boosts confidence, and is, contrary to popular belief, relatively easy to pull off. The key to this look is having the right pieces that gives off a rocker vibe, without being too harsh. The coat and trousers give the look structured lines, in contrast to the traditional slouch of punk style. Also, clothes like this were featured this season in brands such as Balenciaga, Saint Laurent and Givenchy.

Look #5

This look is casual and fun, but also serious enough to wear out. These boots are so adaptable, they reflect bits of the color of whatever pieces you wear with them, and they are so beautiful to look at. This look overall gives off vibes of the 80s style coat and scarf, but in modern, neutral colors.
